The Maintenance HVAC Technician 2 is a skilled professional dedicated to keeping our facilities comfortable and operational. In this role, you will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on split system air conditioners, package units, and related equipment. You will serve as a vital link between technical execution and site operations, coordinating with facility personnel on shutdowns and assisting in the selection and design criteria for new HVAC systems.
Your day-to-day involves responding promptly to temperature issues to ensure occupant comfort, while also supporting broader facility and grounds maintenance needs. Working under the primary direction of the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will balance independent problem-solving with collaborative teamwork to maintain high operational standards across multiple locations.

Candidates must be registered with TDLR as an HVAC Technician and hold a Universal Section 608 EPA Certificate. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays and occasional weekend work.

Associates degree in air conditioning/refrigeration or Certificate of completion of HVAC/Refrigeration Technician school; 7 or more years of experience in HVAC trade or related experience.
