About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team at Volante Senior Living. In this pivotal role, you will make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring their living environment is safe, attractive, and meticulously maintained. You will serve as the guardian of safety and the steward of our community's physical well-being, working to create a space where residents can thrive.
Your day will involve a dynamic blend of hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. You will supervise repairs and alterations that enhance the aesthetic appeal of our community while conducting essential preventive maintenance to keep the building and its contents in top condition. From painting and structural repairs to overseeing contractors, your efforts ensure our community remains visually appealing inside and out. You will also be responsible for maintaining critical compliance programs, including TELs, Life/Safety, and Preventive Maintenance Binders, while adhering to all State and Federal safety regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and NEPA.
Safety is at the core of everything we do. You will lead fire, tornado, and disaster drills to prepare staff and residents for emergencies, ensuring our community is always ready.
