About the Role

The Maintenance Attendant (Union Role) serves as a vital support to designated leadership in the daily operations of all building systems. This position is designed for a hands-on professional who thrives in a close-knit team environment, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of facility infrastructure.

In this role, you will be the first line of defense for maintaining hard surface repairs, basic carpentry, metal work, and the complex systems that keep a building running. You will operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment associated with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Beyond technical execution, you will respond directly to customer requests, manage work orders, and foster a culture of energy conservation and continuous improvement.

This is a collaborative position where you will provide hands-on training to engineering team members and maintain open communication with the Chief Engineer, management, tenants, and staff. Whether covering tenant events during overtime shifts or troubleshooting complex system problems, your commitment to quality service ensures the highest standard of experience for everyone in the facility.
