About the Role
Our partner, a U.S.-based manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance & Automation Supervisor to lead plant maintenance operations while driving critical automation and equipment standardization initiatives. This role is designed for a leader who blends hands-on technical problem-solving with strategic management, focusing on enhancing equipment reliability and production efficiency.
In this position, you will serve as the bridge between engineering, production, and quality teams. Your day will involve supervising and developing maintenance staff, planning complex equipment installations, and executing upgrades. You will be responsible for driving automation initiatives involving PLCs, HMIs, and drive control programming, while simultaneously identifying opportunities to standardize equipment and improve operator interfaces. By analyzing production and maintenance data, you will optimize performance and reduce costs, ensuring the plant runs at peak capacity.

Requirements
