As an Industrial Controls & Systems Integration Engineer, you will be a vital part of a successful multi-disciplined team. In this role, you will partner with Manufacturing Intelligence, Hardware, and Industrial IT engineers to deliver comprehensive projects that meet customer requirements. You will serve as a trusted consultant for Cybertrol's customers, engaging directly with them to develop a complete understanding of their needs and creating detailed Functional Specifications.
Your day-to-day work involves developing and implementing PLC/HMI code, including simulation and process commissioning at customer sites. Working within a modern software framework, you will create clear, well-structured programs as a contributor or technical lead. You will ensure quality processes are followed to deliver zero-defect code during site installation while providing technical leadership, system-level thinking, and problem-solving techniques. This role offers the opportunity to work independently in your area of subject matter expertise while collaborating across multiple disciplines and trades to lead project commissioning.

Six-Sigma or Lean experience. Experience working around live industrial control panels and components. Experience with Agile Scrum development processes. Experience with PLC platforms such as Rockwell Automation, ControlLogix, Siemens S7, etc. Experience with automatic PLC code generation tools such as Rockwell Automation ACM. Experience with stand-alone and distributed HMI/SCADA platforms such as FTView SE/ME, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware Intouch/System Platform, Ignition, etc. Experience with legacy PLCs and HMI/SCADA platforms. Experience with VFDs, Process Instrumentation, Robotics/Servo Control, Valve Control, etc. Experience with Safety Control Systems – PLCs and Relays. Experience with Industrial networks for device control such as Ethernet/IP, Profibus PA/DP, ASi, IOLink, HART, DeviceNet, etc.
