About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be a key contributor to the success of the company by providing non-supervised support and training on all Brenton products and systems. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will be challenged and rewarded as you help build the future of packaging automation.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring machines are ready for shipment and providing technical service support when machines are not performing as expected. You will direct and assist customer personnel in the installation, start-up, and training of Brenton machines, including Case packers, Shrink Wrappers, and Fanuc Robots and Controllers. Your day will involve moving through and editing PLC and HMI programs, providing accurate updates to the Engineering Department on field changes, and serving as a technical authority for our customers. We are looking for someone who is creative, strategic, and meticulous, ready to be a customer service authority and a closer.
