Join a fast-paced beverage production environment where precision and safety are paramount. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing line, ensuring smooth operations from raw material supply to final product output. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality standards, reduce waste, and meet aggressive production targets in a structured, supervised setting.
Your day-to-day involves monitoring machinery for upstream and downstream issues, performing minor maintenance and equipment changeovers, and adhering to strict food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Whether operating a forklift or troubleshooting auditory and visual cues to identify machine deviations, your attention to detail ensures the plant runs efficiently and safely.
This position operates within a dynamic production plant characterized by numerous moving parts and varying environmental conditions. You may encounter noise levels requiring hearing protection, as well as temperatures that can range from very hot to relatively cold. The schedule is flexible to meet production demands, potentially including weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays, with overtime scheduled as needed.
