About the Role
This position is vital to maintaining the quality and integrity of our production lines. You will be responsible for the precise batching and blending of ingredients, ensuring every product meets strict customer and regulatory specifications. Your day will involve operating and programming bulk ingredient delivery systems, verifying ingredients against SAP and food safety parameters, and managing the transport of materials via forklift.
You will work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail is paramount. From conducting blend tank samples for quality testing to managing CIP/COP sanitation schedules, your role ensures that our products remain safe and consistent. You will collaborate closely with the quality department to make necessary adjustments and maintain a clean, safe workspace throughout your shift.
Working Conditions
This role operates within a structured, supervised production plant with numerous moving parts. The environment can be fast-paced, with noise levels requiring hearing protection and temperatures that may range from very hot to relatively cold, though laboratory and staging areas are temperature-controlled. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays, with overtime as needed.

Requirements
