About the Opportunity
A-Line Staffing is currently recruiting for a Chemical Production Operator role with a major manufacturing company in Germantown, WI. This position offers significant career growth potential within a dynamic production environment.
The Role
As a Chemical Production Operator, you will be the backbone of food ingredient production. Your day-to-day involves following standardized formulas to weigh, measure, and mix raw materials while operating and controlling complex processes such as blending, drying, fermentation, extraction, and filtration. You will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, and monitoring instruments like pH meters and thermometers, as well as performing equipment teardown, cleaning, and reassembly.
Beyond production, you will troubleshoot process and equipment issues, maintain accurate records using SAP systems, and ensure strict adherence to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), cGMP, and HACCP guidelines. The role requires a proactive approach to workplace safety, sanitation schedules, and inventory traceability.
Schedule & Location
This is a 100% onsite position located in Germantown, WI. The role operates on the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The hourly rate is $24.
