About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will partner with individuals to help them navigate daily life. This role is designed for those who want to make a tangible difference in the community, whether you are looking to start a career in healthcare, gain experience in the IDD field, or pursue a path as an STNA. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration.
Your day-to-day involves supervising, teaching, and assisting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. You will be the key to helping our clients achieve greater autonomy and quality of life.
