About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Newark, Heath, or Granville, OH area, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of the individuals we serve. This position is designed for those who want to make a tangible difference without needing prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration.
You will partner with individuals to supervise, teach, and assist them in all aspects of their lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing personal care, preparing meals, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Whether you are a high school graduate, a current student, a nursing assistant, or a retiree, this role offers a flexible schedule and a pathway to start or advance a career in healthcare and the IDD field.
