This is a supervisory position that blends case management with direct care, placing a high emphasis on managing staff. As a Program Coordinator, you will serve as a representative of Our House Inc., professionally embodying the organization's mission and purpose while supervising Skills & Activities Providers and Persons Receiving Services in the day program.
You will be the main point of contact for clients, their caregivers, and contracting agencies, ensuring that programming meets specific criteria and that the best services and growth opportunities are provided. This role requires a candidate who enjoys managing people and serving the disability community, balancing the responsibilities of a direct care provider with the strategic oversight of organizational development and performance management.
