About the Role

We are seeking top talent to join our dedicated team at our new, expanding patient tower facility, scheduled to open next year. This new state-of-the-art facility will house our Operating Room, Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, and Mother-Baby care units, positioning us as the best women's hospital in Los Angeles.

This role is designed for a newly graduated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with less than six months of experience. You will be a vital part of a caring team in the heart of Hollywood, providing comprehensive care that addresses the physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs of patients ranging from adolescents to the geriatric population. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans, managing mechanical ventilation, and ensuring patient safety through vigilant monitoring and adherence to universal precautions. You will also play a key role in patient education, family involvement in decision-making, and maintaining the dignity and rights of every patient.

Hiring Process

We are looking for recent graduates within six months of their accredited Vocational Nursing Program. Candidates must possess a current and valid California Vocational Nurse License, a BLS Card, and be able to work in a union environment. A Los Angeles County Fire Card is required within 30 days of employment.
