About the Role

We are seeking top talent to join our team at our new, expanding patient tower facility, scheduled to open next year. This state-of-the-art facility will house our Operating Room, Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, and Mother-Baby care units, positioning us as the best women's hospital in Los Angeles.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in this dynamic environment, you will be part of a dedicated and caring team right in the heart of Hollywood. You will provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, psycho-social, and spiritual needs of patients ranging from adolescents to the geriatric population. Your role involves collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and dignity at every step.

You will play a critical role in managing complex patient needs, including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, wound treatment, and emergency situations. Whether supporting a patient through rehabilitation or providing compassionate end-of-life care, you will ensure that patient rights are respected and that families are actively involved in decision-making processes.
