We are seeking a passionate Surgical Technologist to join our surgical suite. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by supporting the efficient operation of the OR under the supervision of the Circulating RN. Your work will be vital in preparing the surgical suite, positioning patients, and providing the necessary instruments and equipment to the surgical team.
Your day will involve organizing the operating suite, maintaining sterile instrument tables, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team to ensure they can focus on the operative field. You will assist in the transfer, positioning, prepping, and draping of patients, and actively participate in patient-specific care. From performing sponge and instrument counts to handling surgical specimens and responding to emergency situations, your proactive awareness and technical expertise will help maintain a safe, organized environment.
