At HCA Florida Citrus Hospital, we care for our community like family. Since 1957, we have grown from a single community hospital into a regional powerhouse with over 200 licensed beds. We are proud to celebrate over 50 years of healing as the leading provider of healthcare in the surrounding area.
Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals dedicated to patient care. We believe excellent people make excellence happen, and over 80 of our colleagues were recently celebrated with the 10+ years of service award. This advantage allows us to offer more personalized care, where patients often recognize their caregivers as neighbors and friends.
As a regional powerhouse, we offer 24-hour emergency room services, heart and vascular care, orthopedic and spine care, women's services, a primary stroke center, and minimally invasive surgery including robotics and bariatrics. We are the home of Citrus County's most comprehensive Heart and Vascular Center, known for its innovative design and outstanding clinical outcomes.
HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years. In 2019 alone, HCA Healthcare spent an estimated $3.7 billion on charitable care, uninsured discounts, and other uncompensated expenses. We also recently donated $13.8 million to charitable organizations.
We are seeking a Florida-licensed Radiology Technologist for a PRN (per diem/as-needed) role. You will join a team that prioritizes patient care, taking radiographs (x-rays) of patients to assist physicians in diagnoses and treatment. Your work will be performed accurately, carefully, compassionately, and respectfully.
This role is ideal for someone dedicated to caring for others who wants to be part of meaningful work in a community hospital setting. As Dr. Thomas Frist, Sr., HCA Healthcare Co-Founder, stated: "The great hospitals will always put the patient and the patient's family first, and the really great institutions will provide care with warmth, compassion, and dignity for the individual."
We promptly review all applications. Highly qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews. If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply today to unlock the possibilities.
