About the Role
The Inventory Control Unit Manager serves as a pivotal leader within Dynacraft, responsible for ensuring all inventory standards are consistently met while upholding the company's values and mission. This role is designed to maintain safety, quality, efficiency, and procedural standards across all inventory operations at Dynacraft and Dynacraft MSS facilities.
In this position, you will oversee daily inventory control activities, lead production schedulers, and manage team deployment. The role requires driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. You will act as a bridge between departments, ensuring effective communication regarding plant issues and follow-up tasks. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, this is a day shift position that involves daily travel between Dynacraft and Dynacraft MSS facilities.

- check_circleCollaborate with Logistics Engineers and Team Leads to ensure appropriate associate training

Requirements

- verifiedMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in production or distribution environments
