About the Role
The Compliance-focused Manufacturing Quality Engineer provides oversight and guidance in manufacturing operations. This role is integral to ensuring that our processes are as efficient as possible while empowering manufacturing personnel to identify and escalate quality issues. You will coach teams on proper compliance, serving as a subject matter expert in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention across all manufacturing areas.
In this position, you will partner with key stakeholders to present comprehensive manufacturing yield data and quality metrics to top management. You will drive continuous improvement by collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, IT, and Customer Quality Management teams to resolve complex quality issues. Your day will involve leading cross-functional walkthroughs, conducting Gemba Walks to collect direct feedback, and facilitating weekly Quality Review meetings to ensure sustainable resolutions for identified non-conformities.
