About the Role

As an Electronic Technician, you will serve as a senior technical resource within our repair operation. This role is designed to handle complex failures, ambiguous issues, and repeat defects that require advanced troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical products at the board, sub-assembly, and system levels.

You will work closely with engineering, quality, and repair logistics teams to improve repair effectiveness, reduce recurrence, and support product reliability. In this capacity, you will act as an escalation point for complex technical repair issues, partnering with cross-functional teams on initiatives that drive continuous improvement. The role combines bench-level technical work with collaborative problem-solving, requiring you to mentor other technicians and lead efforts to reduce repair time.

Work Environment & Culture

This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia. You will work in an electronics repair and manufacturing environment that includes exposure to tools, soldering equipment, and moderate noise levels. The role requires the ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift as necessary.
