The Field Service Representative - Power Distribution is a pivotal role accountable for the installation, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment across multiple sites. This position goes beyond technical execution; it involves instructing customers and personnel on equipment operation and maintenance, performing warranty work, and managing start-up services. You will act as a technical bridge, analyzing complex problems in machinery, interpreting maintenance manuals, and consulting with engineering personnel to determine solutions. The role also includes developing training courseware, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, and assisting in the development of design modifications.
