You will often be the primary point of contact for customer operations, recommending measures to improve operations and customer service.
This role is primarily accountable for traveling to customer premises globally, often onboard vessels in offshore environments and dry docks (including drill ships, rigs, supply vessels, cruise ships, ferries, tankers, and container ships). You will work independently to install, modify, test, repair, or inspect power generation, distribution, and control systems, with a focus on protection functions.
