About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Lab Manager to join the Tactical Fighters Business Unit in Baltimore, MD. This role is designed to coordinate with all engineering disciplines and operations teams to meet program, integration test schedules, and budget. You will work within a dynamic team environment consisting of engineering, program management, production, and supporting staff.

In this position, you will lead day-to-day lab operations, aligning resources with Program Management, Systems, SEIT, I&T/IPT, Software, and TDE leadership to meet schedule and quality goals. The role requires strong team-building skills and comprehensive verbal and written communication capabilities. You will serve as a key liaison for logistics, security, safety, and facility management, ensuring the lab operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.

This position is contingent upon the successful transfer of a Top Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to your start date.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in Baltimore, MD, and requires being onsite. Remote or hybrid work is not supported for this role. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Travel is required for approximately 10% of the time.
