We are seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Lab Manager to join the Tactical Fighters Business Unit in Baltimore, MD. This role is designed to coordinate with all engineering disciplines and operations teams to meet program, integration test schedules, and budget. You will work within a collaborative team environment consisting of engineering, program management, production, and supporting staff.
In this position, you will lead day-to-day lab operations, aligning resources with leadership to meet schedule and quality goals. The role requires strong team-building skills and comprehensive verbal and written communication abilities. You will serve as a key liaison between engineering, logistics, and security teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, equipment, and information necessary to support complex radar-system development and testing.
This position is based in Baltimore, MD, and requires being onsite; it does not support remote or hybrid work. The selected candidate will perform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative team settings. You must be technically savvy, self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.
Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates. Please note that this position requires an active US Government Top Secret Clearance (or higher) and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to start. U.S. citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance.
