We are seeking a Full-Time Lot Technician/Maintenance Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring technical skills and experience with parking equipment repair. In this role, you will be a self-starter comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing pay stations, installing and removing signage, handling pothole repairs, performing landscaping, and reporting on lot status. You must be courteous, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with the public.
Applicants must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and have access to a vehicle. Candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment background and driver's record checks, as well as random drug screenings. This is a full-time position offering $18 per hour with Monday through Friday hours from 9 am to 5 pm, with minimal weekend requirements.
