About the Role
Bella Tess has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician. This position plays a critical role in the team's success, ensuring the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Your day will be a blend of technical problem-solving and community engagement. You will be part of a team that values having fun while providing excellent customer service. The role involves completing resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner, preparing apartments for new move-ins, and maintaining the cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas. You will also assist with vendor management, perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment, and support cost-cutting programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
