About the Role
This position serves as a hybrid Service Technician and Unit Repair Specialist, dedicated to maintaining Satellite Shelter's fleet in optimal condition. The role is split between on-site service calls (60%) and yard-based construction and repair work (40%), ensuring units are ready for rental and performing reliably at customer locations.
As a customer-oriented team member, you will interface directly with clients at job sites to monitor units and execute necessary repairs or modifications. Your work ensures that every unit meets Satellite Shelter's quality standards before deployment, while also handling the physical demands of construction tasks such as flooring, siding, painting, and light carpentry.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and be able to pass required background checks. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to random drug screenings in compliance with the Substance Abuse and Drug Free Workplace policy.
