About the Role
The Lot Associate serves as the vital first and last point of contact for customers entering or leaving the store. This position is dedicated to assisting customers with the loading of their vehicles and ensuring a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.
In addition to vehicle loading, the role involves monitoring and maintaining the store entrance and ensuring a sufficient quantity of shopping carts are available near the entryway. Because this position interacts frequently with both Home Depot associates and customers, excellent customer service skills are essential to the daily success of the team.
