About the Role

This position supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience while maintaining a strong partnership with store teams. The role requires wearing a body-worn camera and adhering to strict safety protocols to protect the company brand and the safety of others.

You will exercise sound judgment in decision-making, maintaining a professional stance at the front of the store or within a department. Your day will involve greeting customers with courtesy, responding to assistance requests by coordinating with management, and observing for suspicious behavior. Additionally, you will perform closing safety sweeps with management and document critical incidents as required.
