About the Role
Are you looking for a place where you can bring your authentic self to work every day and be able to connect, engage, and delight? In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our guests and the magic of Universal Orlando. You will leverage thorough knowledge of the local area—including restaurants, attractions, and shops—to personalize services and anticipate guest requests whenever possible.
Your day will involve familiarizing yourself with all hotel facilities, room types, food and beverage outlets, and recreational activities to make dining, theater, tour, and travel arrangements for our visitors. You will demonstrate a professional attitude in all interactions with guests, hotel staff, and vendors, both in face-to-face discussions and over the telephone. This position is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic culture that makes every day interesting, challenging, fulfilling, and fun.
