In this position, you will engage with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, manage the loan life cycle, and ensure customers have a thorough understanding of loans, terms, and optional insurance products. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary range of $17.00-$20.00 per hour, based on skills and work experience, plus eligibility for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance. Location and Schedule

This is an on-site position located in our community branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
