About the Role
As a Spanish Interpreter, you play a significant role in facilitating clear and accurate communication between Spanish and English speakers. This position requires the ability to process information quickly and professionally, ensuring that concepts and meanings are rendered correctly according to established interpretation protocols. Your work helps bridge cultural gaps, and you may be called upon to explain specific cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, always with the client's permission or request.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position where you will work from your home office. To ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism, it is essential that you maintain a quiet and secure environment while interpreting. While the role is technical, having access to note pads, writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries is recommended as useful tools to support your work.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a language testing process. Depending on your location, a background check and/or drug screen may also be required prior to onboarding.
