As a Patient Financial Services Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing medical billing inquiries and payment processing. This position is designed to ensure a seamless revenue cycle management process for our diverse patient base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients navigating their financial healthcare journey, handling inbound calls with compassion and empathy.
In this role, you will interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, assist patients in setting up payment plans, and resolve billing disputes by collaborating with insurance companies and healthcare providers. Your fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with and serve our multilingual community. By maintaining accurate records and adhering to HIPAA guidelines, you will help ensure that every patient interaction contributes to high satisfaction and first-call resolution.
