About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this position, you will manage the full life cycle of loans, engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions, educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws. Your ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic demands will ensure timely and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations.
