About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys in civil litigation, specifically within the Labor and Employment sector. This non-exempt, hourly position reports directly to the Office Head and serves as a vital partner to the legal team.
The role uniquely combines high-level paralegal responsibilities with essential administrative support. You will manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, enter billable time, and prepare critical legal documents. Your day-to-day work will span the entire litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation through trial, including mediation and settlement phases. You will be responsible for drafting correspondence, conducting legal research, managing complex document productions, and assisting with trial preparation. This position requires a proactive mindset to anticipate attorney needs and foster strong professional relationships with clients and staff while maintaining strict confidentiality.
