About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support the growing litigation team. This is a critical early member position within the Legal Department, designed to help protect the brand and build a "fortress company." The role exists to support Apex's explosive growth by identifying and mitigating hidden risks and ensuring legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment filled with bright and driven leaders. You will work alongside a nimble, lean, and unstructured entrepreneurial team, contributing to high-achieving groups where your growth potential is virtually unlimited given the Company's trajectory.
