About the Role
Boca sets a standard of culinary culture in Cincinnati, showcasing flavors from Italy and France with a menu executed with French precision and technique. Recognized as one of the top French Restaurants in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine and Open Table's top 100 Restaurants, our kitchen demands excellence.
As a Line Cook, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen during service. You will work alongside the Chef and Expo to execute a successful dining experience, moving with a sense of urgency and adapting to verbal feedback on the fly. This role is for those who take pride in precise recipe execution, maintaining detailed food knowledge, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards. You will be responsible for keeping a clean, organized workstation and adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
