The Executive Sous Chef serves as the operational heartbeat of our culinary program, managing the entire production lifecycle from ingredient sourcing to final presentation. This role exists to ensure that every meal served is not only compliant with rigorous safety standards but also a reflection of our brand's commitment to excellence.
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Chef, overseeing product specifications, cost controls, and team productivity. Your day involves orchestrating complex kitchen schedules, mentoring culinary talent, and driving continuous improvement in operating procedures. Beyond the kitchen, you will serve as a vital liaison between our operations and our clients, FBOs, and guests, building relationships that foster market share and client retention.
Candidates selected for the final stage of the interview process will be required to complete a pre-employment background check, a drug test, and E-Verify. An MVR check may also be required depending on the specific location's needs.
