About the Role
You will be a vital part of our production team, working across our plants to ensure the highest quality standards for our products. Your day will involve unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods. You will play a key role in quality control by inspecting products, addressing waste, and notifying supervisors of any quality issues, ingredient problems, or equipment breakdowns.
This position requires strict adherence to all USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols. You must be willing to work at both plants and adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
