The Downline Operator serves as a vital link in the production workflow, ensuring the efficient stacking of pallets, replenishment of materials, and maintenance of a clean operational environment. This role exists to support the seamless flow of finished goods from the production line to storage, maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that define Finlays Solutions.
Day-to-day, the operator works within a dynamic warehouse environment where temperature fluctuations can range significantly. The position requires active engagement with packaging materials, machinery assistance, and waste disposal, all while adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols. Success in this role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with line drivers and other departments to resolve machine faults and ensure production continuity.
