About the Role
The Press Floor B-Operator is a vital production laborer within the Press Department at the TPT Plant. This role is dedicated to removing quality products from production machinery while adhering to established procedures and time management standards. The operator works in strict alignment with the production schedule, with a continuous focus on reaching production goals and quotas.

Work Environment and Expectations
The role operates on a shift schedule from 3:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Success in this position requires strict adherence to safety practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety standards including HACCP and SQF. Operators must maintain clean and neat work areas, follow all policies and procedures, and possess the physical capability to maneuver through tight spaces, lift items up to 50 pounds, and operate pallet jacks with loads up to 2,000 pounds. Additionally, the role involves specific handling requirements related to working with soy.
