About the Role
As a Life Sales Agent, you will join a fast-paced, nationally recognized organization known for its strong products and legendary service. This role exists to help members find peace of mind and value through tailored life insurance solutions. You will leverage our 120-year history of member satisfaction to grow both financially and professionally.
In this position, you will engage with members through daily warm sales calls from our large database and by discussing products with members visiting our branches. Your focus will be on identifying financial needs and translating the importance of life insurance benefits into clear, actionable advice. Success in this role requires a competitive drive to meet goals while maintaining the high standard of customer service and retention that defines our brand.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a background check, credit check, and drug screen. Additionally, you must be able to qualify for a Life Insurance License and provide proof of automobile liability insurance upon hire.
