About the Role
As a Life Sales Agent, you will join a fast-paced, nationally known organization where you can grow both financially and professionally. This role is designed for career-minded, service-driven individuals who want to leverage strong AAA products and company resources to build a profitable business. You will be the face of our legendary service, engaging with members both through daily warm sales calls from our large database and in-person interactions at our branches.
Your mission is to identify the financial needs of our members and translate the importance of our Life insurance products into clear benefits. By providing excellent customer service and maintaining high retention rates, you will help deliver the peace of mind and value that our members expect. This is a unique opportunity to work with all warm leads provided, with no overhead costs, allowing you to focus entirely on building relationships and exceeding sales goals.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a background check, credit check, and drug screen. Selected applicants will undergo paid training and licensing preparation before starting their sales journey. The interview process evaluates communication skills, organizational abilities, and a competitive drive to meet monthly targets.
