About the Role

The Territory Vice President of Sales serves as a strategic leader responsible for growing insurance sales within the assigned region. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint by recruiting new insurance agents to JSA and empowering existing agent partners to develop their health, life, and ancillary businesses. The Vice President will act as a bridge between the field and executive leadership, establishing new industry relationships that drive business growth while maintaining a positive, motivating work environment for the sales team.

Work Environment & Culture

This position operates primarily within an office environment in Fort Myers, FL, with frequent travel required within the assigned territory. The role involves constant interaction with agents, employees, and partners, often requiring the ability to navigate complex conversations and manage dynamic situations.
