About the Role

This role offers a unique dual path: you can focus on selling life insurance and wealth products, build and own your own agency, or do both. Our primary mission is to help families get protected financially. Unlike traditional models, we operate as a "non-captive" agency contracted with 30+ top-rated insurance carriers, allowing us to find the best prices and coverages for our clients. We primarily write simplified-issued or instant-decision products, meaning no paramedical exams are required; the average application takes only 15 minutes.

Day in the Life

With thorough training and guidance provided at every step, your day involves leveraging a value-based, warm lead system where you connect with individuals who have already requested life insurance options—no cold calling is necessary. You will contact these leads to gather information and schedule meetings, then find products from our extensive carrier network that best fit their needs. During a second meeting, you will help clients apply for their desired policies. If you choose the optional path, you will also find and mentor like-minded individuals to help them become successful agents, building a passive income stream while maintaining true ownership of your agency.
