About the Role

Based at our Gordon Square location, this role operates within an integrated care model under the direction of the Psychiatric Nurse Supervisor. You will be a vital part of our Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) and Walk-in Medication Assisted Treatment (WinMAT) clinics. Your work focuses on identifying physical and mental health needs while providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with physicians.

In this position, you will promote healthy lifestyles and independence by delivering a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. Your day-to-day involves conducting nursing care visits that include long-acting injection (LAI) treatments, health maintenance, disease management, and symptom management. You will share shift management responsibilities with other staff members, ensuring seamless care coordination for adults with severe mental illness.
