About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide essential nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other assigned supervisor. You will accept delegation to meet the needs of the patient and family, collecting data through observation and communicating vital information to assist the RN and provider in patient assessment and care planning.

You will be an integral member of the healthcare team, delivering care in accordance with patient care plans, organizational policies, and the principles of relationship-based care. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and instruct others. You may also participate in committees or projects, including quality improvement initiatives.
