Advanced Recovery Systems is a trusted, physician-led behavioral healthcare company dedicated to providing evidence-based, expert care for addiction and mental health conditions. Founded in December 2013 by Dr. Mitchell Eisenberg and Dr. Lewis Gold, the organization has grown into a national network of facilities across the U.S. Every facility strives to provide the highest quality of care using therapeutic models that work, with specialized programming designed to meet the unique needs of veterans and first responders in select locations.
Our mission is to connect those in need to life-saving addiction treatment and mental health support that repairs lives, families, and surrounding communities. We work closely with healthcare providers, organizations, and individuals to ensure comprehensive care.
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of duties during your shifts, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of your position.
You will work effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure the success of the facility. Your day will involve collaborating with the treatment team to incorporate medical issues into treatment planning, participating in regular department and staff meetings, and interacting with clients with compassion and respect. You will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, responding positively to changing situations while maintaining objectivity and maturity under stress.
We are accepting applications for all shifts. Please submit your application to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
