We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of duties during your shifts, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position. You will work effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure the success of the facility, collaborating with the treatment team to incorporate medical issues into treatment planning. Success in this role requires interacting with clients with compassion and respect, while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing situations in the work setting.
