About the Role
CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this role, you will be the backbone of resident-centered care, delivering direct bedside nursing, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring resident conditions with a keen eye for detail.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans that support both rehabilitation and long-term care goals. Your day-to-day involves more than just clinical tasks; you will educate residents and families on health management, provide wound care and respiratory support, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality daily care.
