About the Role
CareRite Centers seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will deliver direct bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident conditions while documenting in EMRs. Your work is vital to implementing individualized care plans, supporting rehab and long-term care goals, and educating residents and families.
